Existing Conditions

The Existing Conditions Section describes the regional context of the El Camino Real Corridor and provides data relative to demographics, housing and affordability, jobs, and transportation and mobility. Data points are provided to inform local decisions and set a benchmark from which to measure and evaluate future change and progress.
