First, we want to say “Thank You” to everyone who met with the consultants to the Grand Boulevard Initiative, for their study of what needs to be done to infrastructure along El Camino Real to accommodate the needs of anticipated growth. The Infrastructure Needs Assessment and Financing Strategy report is based on the information provided by each of you about your community. The report evaluates the state of readiness of infrastructure to accommodate planned development in the corridor, provides a cost estimate of those improvements, and presents potential strategies to finance the infrastructure needed to accommodate that growth.
We are offering city and county staff the opportunity for a briefing before the report.
