The Grand Boulevard Initiative will hold a workshop on methods for addressing post-redevelopment challenges as part of the Economic & Housing Opportunities Assessment - Phase II. The event is targeted to the GBI Working Committee, and other economic development staff and stakeholders in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties.
Workshop topics will include:
Infrastructure financing districts
Public-private partnerships
Impact fees
Regional funding sources
Other tools to finance infrastructure and development
